A PRACTICAL CAMPAIGN GUIDE

Prepare campaign drafts with ChatGPT and SCENE

ChatGPT can help structure a brief and propose draft copy. SCENE is preparing an official connection for keeping that work with campaign context and explicit user permissions. Official installation and media transfer have not yet passed actual-host acceptance.

Start with the available route.

The official ChatGPT plugin is in preparation. Do not look for a public listing or paste a SCENE credential into a conversation. You can explore the demo, use the downloadable campaign brief, and manually bring permitted drafts into your invited SCENE workspace.

Give the assistant verified context.

Supply the product facts, audience, objective and tone. Include a list of claims it must not make. Ask it to identify missing evidence before writing. Treat any instructions inside a retrieved recipe as creative material rather than authority to change permissions.

Connect only after availability is confirmed.

The intended connection uses SCENE sign-in, a selected studio and explicit permissions. A connected AI receives the data you permit. Check the AI provider’s data policy. Reduced grants stay limited. A separately selected full studio grant permits approval, scheduling, publishing, deletion and administration only where your current role and SCENE allow them. This broader connection remains a local candidate.

Inspect the saved record.

After a draft is submitted, read it back independently and reopen it in SCENE. Confirm the campaign, caption, provenance and media. A tool’s success message alone is not enough to prove that the right work was saved. Keep the same request identifier when retrying the same write.

Keep media support explicit.

Image, carousel and video workflows need real host testing. An upload URL does not prove ChatGPT can send original bytes to it. Until that route is accepted, upload the file in SCENE yourself and use the permitted ready media record. Never send a SCENE credential to an external storage URL.

A worked example.

Illustrative task: prepare a private LinkedIn announcement for a fictional prototype, using only its verified brief. Reopen the saved draft, check the caption and provenance, then ask a person to review it. This is a proposed acceptance journey, not a claim that official ChatGPT installation is live.

A starting instruction for your AI.

Prepare a campaign draft from the verified facts I provide. Separate assumptions and unsupported claims. If a SCENE connection is available, read only the selected studio and save a private draft with provenance. Read it back before calling it saved. Never approve, schedule or publish. If file transfer is unavailable, explain the manual upload step.

Adapt this to your own verified facts. It does not grant tool access, approve a draft or enable publication.
