Terms for the free, invitation-only SCENE beta. Version 2026-10-08, updated 8 October 2026. Website requests do not create an account. Our demo uses fictional work and publishes nothing.

01

Who provides SCENE.

SCENE is operated by Strawberry Works Ltd. For help, account questions or privacy requests, contact support@scenehq.co.uk. These terms cover the free, invitation-only SCENE beta. Access is confirmed by invitation; a website enquiry does not guarantee an account or a start date.

02

What the free beta provides.

The beta provides studios, campaigns, editable creative drafts, private media storage, recipes, scoped feedback and workspace export. Available features are shown in the app. Social publishing and results are available only for accounts, formats and permissions that SCENE has actually enabled and checked. A listed or connected platform is not a promise that every action is available.

There is no card requirement, subscription charge or automatic paid upgrade. Any later paid service will require a separate, clear offer and your agreement. Beta features, capacity and availability may change. We will explain material changes that affect your access or saved work and provide an export opportunity where reasonably practicable before a planned service closure.

03

Your account and team.

Use an email address you control and protect your sign-in links. Only invite people or connect assistants and social accounts you are authorised to manage. The studio owner is responsible for choosing member and assistant access. Reviewer access is limited to the work shared with that reviewer. Do not share passwords, sign-in links, API keys or social access tokens in feedback or support messages.

04

Your content and our permission to handle it.

You retain your rights in your content. You give Strawberry Works Ltd permission to store, process, preview and transmit it only as needed to provide the SCENE features and actions you request. This is not permission to sell your content, use it to advertise SCENE or publish it without your instruction.

You are responsible for having the rights and authority to use uploaded media, music, trademarks, claims and personal information. Use SCENE lawfully and follow the destination platform's rules. Do not upload unlawful material, interfere with the service or attempt to access another studio's private work. Fictional examples illustrate the workflow; they are not customer endorsements or proof of marketing results.

05

AI tools, sharing and publication.

SCENE's recipes can be used with supported external AI tools you choose. Those tools have their own terms, costs and privacy policies. Check their outputs for accuracy, rights and suitability. A recipe or draft is not a guarantee of a particular result.

Sharing a draft checkpoints a version for feedback. Later private edits do not silently replace that version. Before approving a post, check its exact files, copy, destination, visibility and platform settings. Connecting an account is not itself an instruction to publish. An assistant's draft does not give it authority to approve or schedule a post.

Platform availability, upload processing, delivery, reach and measurement are outside SCENE's complete control. If a delivery is uncertain, check its status before repeating it. Disconnecting or cancelling cannot recall content that a platform has already received. Delete a published post through that platform's own controls unless support has agreed an authorised removal action.

06

Support and reliability.

Contact support with the studio or draft name, affected action, visible error and approximate time. Do not email passwords, keys or customer exports. Support is handled by the service operator; the free beta does not promise continuous availability or a guaranteed response time. Keep your own exports of important work. We will investigate reported faults and give a clear account of what is resolved and what remains outstanding.

We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, protect customers or investigate a security incident. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the restriction and the next step. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

07

Privacy, ending access and deletion.

The privacy notice explains the information handled by SCENE, its purposes, providers and connected-platform permissions. If an organisation uses SCENE to process personal information on its behalf, the processing agreement below applies to campaign content handled on its instructions.

You can stop using SCENE and export your workspace. To remove a studio, its owner can request deletion in Settings or contact support. The Settings acknowledgement pauses publishing and records the request; it does not mean erasure is complete. Support verifies the requester and scope, closes access, removes the applicable active records and media, and confirms the outcome or explains any limited retention.

Removing a studio does not automatically delete a login still used in another studio, another customer's authorised copy or a social-platform post. Ask support separately if you want your login or other personal information removed. Restricted backup copies and service logs follow their actual retention arrangements; where a record must remain temporarily for recovery or a lawful purpose, it is kept out of ordinary use. A restore must not reintroduce information subject to a completed erasure request. Follow the deletion instructions for the request process.

08

Organisations and personal information.

This processing agreement forms part of these terms when your organisation instructs Strawberry Works Ltd to handle personal information in its campaign content. Your organisation is the controller; Strawberry Works Ltd is its processor for that content. Our separate responsibilities for account administration, security and enquiries are described in the privacy notice.

The subject is storing, preparing, sharing for authorised review and exporting campaign work for the duration of your workspace and its removal process. Content may include names, contact details, photographs, video and feedback about your team, contributors, customers or audience. Do not upload special-category information, criminal-offence records or children's personal information in this beta. Your organisation decides the lawful purpose, has authority to provide the content and controls its members, recipients and instructions.

We process only your documented instructions, including transfers, unless UK law requires otherwise; we inform you unless prohibited. Instructions comprise these terms, authorised app actions and agreed written support requests. We flag instructions we believe unlawful.

We bind authorised personnel to confidentiality and maintain appropriate security, resilience, recovery and testing under Article 32. Workspace permissions, private media, encrypted connection credentials, restricted encrypted backups and exact human publication approval are current safeguards.

You generally authorise Supabase (authentication, database, media), Vercel (hosting and processing) and Google Workspace (requested support correspondence). We impose equivalent protection, remain responsible for their obligations and notify intended changes before use, allowing reasonable objection. If unresolved, you can export and end the affected service. International processing requires applicable safeguards; the privacy notice links provider terms.

We assist with rights requests, security, breach notifications, impact assessments and regulator consultation, considering the processing and available information. We notify you of personal-data breaches without undue delay.

On termination, we return or delete data at your choice and delete copies unless UK law requires retention. Recovery copies remain beyond ordinary use until expiry; our deletion register prevents restored access. We provide information and contribute to audits and inspections demonstrating these obligations, protecting other customers' confidentiality. Contact support for instructions or evidence.
